The hotel is located in the centre of Fukuoka, a short walk from Fukuoka Dome. It was cheap, but I think it was worth it. It was well-cleaned, but it was a bit of an old hotel, and the bath and toilet felt like old times. It is close to the Fukuoka Dome, so it seems convenient at events.

Great place to stay, the hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is healthy lots of variety. Great location, near the beach and local restaurants. A fantastic part of the world. The only downside is the bathroom is small.

The hotel is a good position if you have something to do in the area around Fukuoka Tower, otherwise it is quite outside of the city. Rooms are very old and super small, with extremely tiny bathroom. It was clean but smelled of cigarettes, despite we asked for a non smoking room. The people working there were good at English, friendly and helpful, and this is not so common in these kind of hotels, so thumbs up for that point.
