Heiwadai Hotel Five

we booked the bigger rooms (corner double rooms), yet the rooms are very small and worn out. the toilet is so small we can't WC properly inside it. The hotel refused to do any cleaning of the rooms during our three nights' stay, stating that they would only change clean towels for us on a daily basis. The hotel staff was unhelpful and refused to even help us write in Japanese the name of our next hotel so that we could show it to the taxi driver, as they insisted that we must book the transport through them.

We booked a Double room (with 2 single beds preferably). But turned out this "Double" room was so much smaller than the ones from their official photos. The room was so small that the second bed (which was a sofa bed!) had to be put under the desk. Besides that facilities were really worn out and you can even smell toothpaste from their toothbrushes... However their breakfast was nice with quite some varieties.

All the bad things you here about hotels being dirty were true at this place. Carpet was nasty soap scum in the shower though I hadnt taken a shower yet. Shower curtains were moldy. Worst hotel ive stayed in so far.
