Average hotel, good location from Hakata Station, although not very close (10-15 min walk). Check-in service and cleanliness are good, even though I found a spider in the room. The room trash can cleaning process is cumbersome, because by leaving the bin outside as recommended, no replacement bag is provided. Conversely, if you request daily room cleaning, you are not resupplied with water, for an unclear reason. On the sixth floor, the Wi-Fi signal is very weak and the power comes through with little voltage. Onsen always too full and chaotic: I had to wait standing for 20 min, because 4 girls were not emptying lockers while they were drying their hair. Overall, a convenient hotel for price-quality, but service is not impeccable.

Room is average but larger compared to others we have stayed in. Clean with all the comforts (pajamas, toothbrushes, hairdryer...) Staff is always kind and almost everyone spoke English well. The onsen is beautiful and available for free. Breakfast is spectacular. For being in Asia, you can also find something sweet. Not too far from the JR station. Nice

Good location in Hakata district, 15 minutes walk from train station and easy access to airport, decent bedding, clean room , quiet, Room and bathroom not very large
