博多内の繁華街の一つである天神地区にある典型的なビジネスホテルの一つです。基本的に、博多を中心とした観光やビジネスの拠点として利用すべきホテルであって、ホテルそのものに楽しめる要素はほとんどありません。価格的にもリーズナブルなホテルですが、ホテルそのものを楽しむのであれば真っ先に選ぶホテルではありません。 客室はところどころで古めかしさが残りますが、全体的に清潔に保たれており、滞在中不愉快に感じることはありませんでした。冷蔵庫の駆動音が少し大きく、人によっては耳障りに感じる可能性があるので、もし冷蔵庫に何も入れていないのであれば、少なくとも就寝時に冷蔵庫の電源を切った方がいいかもしれません。 繁華街内にあるホテルであるため、少なくとも景色を楽しむホテルではありません。しかも部屋によっては、窓の外は隣のビルの壁になっているため、窓から景色を全く楽しめない可能性があります。 宿泊の予約を事前に行っているのであれば、チェックイン・チェックアウト共に、専用のデバイスで操作するだけで済みます。操作方法が分からなくても、フロントにいるスタッフが丁寧に教えてくれます。外国人スタッフが勤務していることが多いものの、日本語でのコミュニケーションは特に問題ありません。 It's one of the typical business hotels located in the Tenjin area, one of the downtown areas within Hakata. Basically, this hotel should be used as a base for sightseeing and business around Hakata, and there are few factors to enjoy in the hotel itself. It's a reasonably priced hotel, but if you want to enjoy the hotel itself, I think that it's not the first choice. The rooms are old-fashioned in places, but overall they are kept clean and I did not feel uncomfortable during my stay. The refrigerator drive is a bit loud and can be grating to some people, so if you don't have anything in the fridge, you might want to at least turn it off at bedtime. As the hotel is located within the downtown area, it's not a hotel where one enjoys a view in the least. Moreover, in some rooms, you may not be able to enjoy the view from the window at all, because outside the window is the wall of the building next door. If you have made a reservation for your stay in advance, both check-in and check-out can be done simply by operating a special device. If you do not know how to operate the device, the staff at the front desk will be happy to help you. Although foreign staff often work at the front desk, there is no problem communicating in Japanese.

so dirty and old, staff woke me up at 7:30 and 11:00 when DO NOT DISTURB was shown on the door. Food fragments from last guest were under bed sheet, no cleaning service after reported to hotel, they just gave the new bed sheet and exchange by myself, so weird.

From Fukuoka Airport, buy the one day subway pass (it is cheaper as you can go for unlimited rides). Take the subway from airport to akasaka station exit 5. Come out. walk 10m and turn right at first junction. Hotel is about 400 m to the right as you walk down the lane. There is a small carpark in front of the hotel and it is covenient to drop there and collect your bags. The staff is nice and welcoming. You collect what you require for your stay from the table provided at the registration area. I will come back again.
