Toyoko Inn Hakata Guchi Ekimae

It is just a short walk from Hakata Station. There are two Toyoko Inns in the neighborhood, so don't get me wrong. It's the same everywhere, It is safe because it is stable Toyoko Inn. People get bored of long-term suckling because breakfast was just rice balls, bread and miso.

This is our first time to stay in chain of Toyoko Inn upon our 5th visit in Japan. We experience in ALWAYS "no-room available". However, we tries to access website of Toyoko-Inn Website many many many times. Finally, touchdown........ We booked room type of TWIN as big enough for 2 people with 3 luggage. At the time of booking, we selected non-member pricing and we did apply MEMBERSHIP at the time of check-in. After that, discount benefit of Member could be applied immediately. We love location as not far from Hakata Station and Hakata Bus Terminal. In the night, I visited Yatai and Canal City which I took 20 minutes by foot from hotel. Breakfast is Local Taste with a little bit western (bread, coffee, etc). It's standard benefit for all room types. Highly recommended for tourist especially for first day of arrival due to free cancellation before 4 pm at date of stay. Super Location, Super Affordable Price .

How to get there: if coming from the station, stay on the 2nd fl, pass the AMU plaza and cross on the overpass and around the bus station. there is an elevator on the opposite side of the street if you have luggage. you'll get to the hotel faster this way as there is no crosswalk by the bus station to get you to the street toward the hotel. Others have already commented on the consistency you'll find at Toyoko Inns. Extremely clean, enough said about the place. What distinguishes this Toyoko is the breakfast: more choices than others, including curry, which is seldom found at a Toyoko; tamagoyaki, knowing how hard it is to make (it's not just scrambled eggs in a roll), is much appreciated.
