I used it overnight for a trip of autumn colors. I think it's a good place because I like nature. It must be worth the price. The following details <Entrance> ・The hall is large · Check-in is OK only with signature, you can get room key · I paid with my card at checkout <Parking> ・Free. Sufficient room <Room> ・Use Room 312 ・It was supposed to be possible to see Mt. Bandai, but I'm sorry I couldn't because of rain · Apparently a mattress is good. Raise and lower yourself (they ask if you want to self-serve at the front desk. He seems to be the basic self.) Dinner ・Vikingstile · There was steak but it was a bit hard meat, so I ate it in green curry ・The dumplings are thick-skinned and slightly cold. Breakfast ・Vikingstile · Yogurt is creamy and rich. It was delicious with honey, but I wanted cereal. Crushed croutons and dessert cylinders of baked goods were substituted <bath> · Sauna available, no water bath, private shower. The outside air is an open-air bench ・The open-air bath is a turbid water called golden hot water · There are several types of shampoos available and you can choose freely · There is a wood toy space in the passage to the public bath (for children but a little play) <Others> · The indication in the building showed that there is an observatory. From April to November, people seem to take a starry walk from 20:00, but there were no events due to light rain. Perhaps instead, there was a slideshow at the entrance where the staff talked about the stars and the upbringing of the swamp (I wanted to know about the observatory event beforehand. Even better if there is a place where you can take photos, etc.) ・Walk to Magarizawanuma as an early morning walk. About an hour while filming. There are parking spaces in Magarizawanuma, so people who are not good at walking sometimes go by car. Renge Marsh is also close, but I walked the Nakasenuma Course before, so I didn't go this time, but if you haven't been there before, this might be good too.

Spread-out hotel building that reminds one of a ryokan. Onsen was decent but unspectacular and showing its age; the outside bath is nicer than inside. Breakfast and dinner buffet is ok but uninspiring and dinner is largely comprised of various Chinese-style stir fries. Beds were decent. I would stay again for the excellent location - the area is beautiful.

A Kyukamura Hotel in Bandai national park. This hotel slightly reminded one of those large Russian tourist hotels where everything is inside it. The food was upto the normal high standard, guests were probably more town dwellers, at other Kyukamura park hotels they tend to be a bit more friendly but those hotels have been a bit more away from urban areas. Still not complaining but a different feel at this one to the others we have stayed in. The room was clean, well serviced with a never ending supply of tooth brushes each day and robes. After six nights we had quite a stack. Wifi was in reception which is sort of normal for these hotels although the one we stayed at earlier in the trip had it in the room. Mobile reception is patchy in Bandai so don't count on being connected to the outside world that way. There were nice views to the volcano from the bedroom window. The normal mini library of magazines and books in Japanese were available for browsing in the reception / sitting / bar area. We stayed in a western room rather than a futon on the floor. These rooms you generally have to go to Kyukamura bookings direct rather than a booking site which cater to the Japanese taste of sleeping on the floor. The later is murder and lack of chairs to sit on etc etc etc. Once done, never again. You can access all of the park by car from here.
