Hoshino Resorts Bandaisan Onsen Hotel

Currently staying here. Just be advised that the televisions are incredibly old and you can’t cast, use any hdmi device and they are definitely not smart TV’s. Only 8 Japanese channels available.

This hotel is by far the easiest in Hoshino Resort. The ski resort is right behind us. Probably, it's a renovated place that's being sold, and during the off-season, it's made up of accepting group tour buses for overseas visitors and the elderly. But that's Hoshino Resort! He is also a follow-up to individual solo customers. We stayed for two nights, and at dinner the buffet guide was the same person who remembered us and talked us through it. Every morning we hold a morning market selling local specialties, and every evening we try our hand at events. The staff at the restaurant also goes out of their way to serve dishes that are hotter and better, so that the buffet isn't too crowded. The elderly people who thought it was difficult to drive by themselves already ate and participated in the hot springs. Everywhere you can enjoy. The hardware is also old, and the air conditioning can only be adjusted for high, medium and low. But I was able to rest well in a large room or a comfortable bed. Hoshino Resort, as expected.

Three nights by car during the New Year holidays. As a building, it has the feel of reusing an old ski resort hotel, but I have no complaints at all because I come here to ski more comfortably than to enjoy the resort. ＜Meals＞ The food is very good for a ski resort hotel. I just eat too much. However, at night, one or two dishes served from the center change, but the others are the same, and in the morning, the same is served every day, so you get bored as soon as you stay consecutively. If possible, I would like to see fruit left unfrozen. ＜Onsen＞ I felt comfortable in the bath, but I want towels in the bath. I enjoyed the hot springs in the morning, after skiing, and at night because I took them from my room, but I had to use the same towel over and over again unless I asked to change them. <Room> The room is dark because there is no main lighting and only indirect lighting. The humidifier tank does not return properly. The 14:00 check-out is very nice. It is innovative to be able to slip in the morning and enter the hot spring and return to your room once. On the other hand, the internet is unthinkably poor. If you already know that the area has weak mobile signal, I think you can improve wifi in the hotel. Or you can prepare a paid internet connection plan. It ends when work involves checking data. ＜Ski resort＞ When I go outside through the ski locker (?) entrance, the ski slope in front of me is not open. I thought the best part was that as soon as you left the hotel, it was on the slopes. Overall, there are many places where the course layout is not good, and I cannot move comfortably between courses. But the snow was exceptionally good, partly because it snowed heavily. ＜Others＞ They held a "Wax recommendation" in the lobby, That was good enough to say that this was the number one point I was glad to make here. I took the course before night skiing on New Year's Eve and couldn't help but laugh at the difference from daytime. As a result, I waxed every night during my stay. The miso soup from the welcome service was so delicious that I went to eat it every day. I can also drink as much draft beer and sake as I like in the evening, so thankfully it's done every day before meals lol The parking lot was so heavy that the car was filled up, but the hotel cleared the snow completely and dropped all the snow on the car. I really appreciated it. In general, I was very satisfied with the ski trip. Thank you very much.
