I have stayed at this hotel about five times already. I had booked a twin room, but they gave me a Japanese-Western room on the 8th floor (top floor) as a service. The Japanese-Western room is 37 m2, and the Japanese room is 7 tatami mats. I was able to relax in the large hot spring bath and the semi-open-air bath, and I was also very satisfied with the delicious dinner and breakfast, which were full of Hida specialties. On the day I stayed there, there were about four group tour buses from Taiwan. They included families, but they were not at all noisy and everyone was well-behaved, so I had a comfortable stay. Taiwan also donated 2.5 billion yen to the Noto Peninsula earthquake! I am grateful. I really felt this was a testimony of friendship. I also made a small donation at the front desk.

The hotel is big hotel which is outside the city. So to get to the city you have to take the free bus or a taxi. Because the last shuttle back to the hotel goes already at 7 pm, we had for going back take the taxi. The room would big enough, but somehow the bathroom was almost going to forget, so it's really small. You can't almost not turn around in the bathroom. The hotel would also have a onsen, but i did not try them. The bed was pretty hard, probably the most hard one we had in Japan. Positive to mention is the breakfast, it was the best on the whole Japan-Tour.

Small room but it is probably normal in Japan. The toilet is a small prebuilt box. Small lobby and one elevator, which is okay if you didn’t travel as a tour group. Free WiFi. The Onsen is the smallest Onsen I’ve ever seen; it can fit 3-4 people. Breakfast is okay.
