Very basic hotel, expect to sleep on the floor with a pillow as hard as stone. Shared bathroom facilities. Did not feel clean. No where to make a cup of tea or boil a cup of water. If there was, no one showed us . No members of staff to ask. Frosted glass at all windows so can’t look out. Feels like a prison. We spent two nights here as part of a tour. Unable to sleep therefore unable to appreciate the surroundings.

Stayed two nights at this establishment. We were a bit surprised when we first got to the room. It was very sparsely furnished with a small table and some floor cushions. However you soon learn the mats, covered duvets and pillows were in a cupboard. There is a toilet on each floor that is shared and in the ground floor are communal single sex showers and a hot bath. It was a unique experience. The flood mattresses were okay but I found the pillows very hard. The location is very good for the morning market, and to see the sights. We didn’t eat there so can’t comment on that.

Oyado Iguchi is good location near Takayama Station and Takayama Old street. In front of Oyado, Miyagawa morning market is held everyday. The hotel is Japanese style room which is so clean. Employee was good and friendly. 宿井口在来高山站附近交通好的酒店。宿舍前面每天都有早市。房间是日式房间，很干净。服务员很热情。
