Hotel Metropolitan Takasaki

The lecture ended late, so I decided to stay. It was safe because it was bright and crowded because it was directly connected to the station. It has a high-end feel and my husband at the bank is satisfied with this.

The parking lot is adjacent to the north side of the station with hotel-designated parking, but it was full when I arrived. I was able to wait for a while to get in, but it seems hard when it's crowded. You pay at the hotel for parking overnight for 1200 yen. Please note that you must use a card key to use the elevator to get to your room. The guest room I stayed in was room 840, and the one on the east side has a good view of the Shinkansen platform, so it is good for railway lovers. There are five tracks in total, one for the up and down Joetsu Shinkansen and Hokuriku Shinkansen, and one for passing trains. Unfortunately, the down platform is not visible on the roof. Is the room on the seventh floor or higher? It would look a little better from there as if it were. Moreover, the platform of the conventional railway can be seen below. The Takasaki Line, Shinetsu Line, Joetsu Line, Azuma Line, Ryomo Line and Yakko Line run on the line. The Joshin Electric Railway was not visible from here. As expected, this town flourished at the crossroads of Nakasen-do Road and Mikuni-kaido Road. Luxury car dealers line up along National Route 17, Takasaki Maebashi Bypass (not Maebashi Takasaki). Cadillac Chevrolet, BMW. Fiat Abarth, Maserati, Yanase, Porsche, BMW Motorcycle, Harley-Davidson, Renault, KTM, Audi, Jeep, Triumph, and so on. There's nothing like it anywhere in Japan. You can feel the extraordinary preference of Gunma people for cars.

I used a deluxe single room. It was a comfortable stay with everything we needed. It is very convenient because it is directly from the station (or rather, the station building). In the same building, there was a restaurant district, so it was convenient to eat at the restaurant in the hotel when we didn’t want to go outside because of the weather. Recommendation for any trip.
