It takes about three minutes on foot from Takasaki Station. There are many restaurants nearby, so it is a convenient location to go to eat and drink. I had to go to the convenience store to get to the station, but if you go to the station you can get anything, so there was no inconvenience. The room was Toyoko Inn specification and there was no problem at all. The free breakfast was very good, but I was a little reluctant to eat rice in a cup.

We were billeted here by the organizers of a dancesport competition. Rooms are so small they tell you to store your luggages under the bed. Shower is a combo bathtub with no rubber matting. Be extra careful as you might slip and end up on the floor. Water pressure is very strong though and the controls are also those on the sink and are very easy to adjust. They do a good job cleaning the room but the bed cover that serves also as comforter stays on from guests to guests. Complimentary breakfast is of course budget too with very little choices. They have good croissants tho. Even front desk staff hardly speaks English and You must communicate with body language.

- Stayed for two nights - Check in time is 4pm - Room is clean but bathroom is rather small - Breakfast is limited choice (Rice, Japanese Curry, Eggs, Sausage & Soup) - Walking distance to Takasaki Station & Aeon Style Shopping Center - Lots of restaurant within walking distance
