Located in Hirafu, 5 mins walk to 2 ropeways. In the center of city, with restaurants and food trucks with 5 mins walk. Car park just outside the hotel is free. With big onsen though it is also opened to public (paid). One of the Hilafu trail is just at the back of hotel. The men's onsen can be seen by some luxury apartments next to the hotel so beware not to book those apartments :P

This time, I took the Resort Liner from Chitose Airport, and it is located in an excellent location, about a 5-minute walk from the Hirafu bus terminal. However, the return journey is uphill, so if you are dragging a heavy suitcase, it is quite tiring. The ski resort is right in front of the ski locker, and 20 meters below is the lift ticket office and the Ace Family Quad boarding point, so it is very convenient. However, to get from the front desk to the ski locker room, you need to take the elevator from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor and then walk down a long corridor (stairs). On the way to the ski locker room, there is a changing room and free locker room in front of the restaurant, so it is convenient to leave your luggage after checking out. Luggage sent by courier before traveling is stored in a room next to the front desk, and on the way back, you can send it at the adjacent shop. This time, I stayed in a room with an open-air bath, and the water was warm and comfortable even at minus 10 degrees in the morning. The washing area was separated by a door, so it wasn't that cold. The large public bath was large overall and there were many washing areas, so I don't think it would be stressful except at peak times, but it is still more comfortable to take a relaxing bath in the room. You can see the ski slopes from the window of the open-air bath. This time, I ate the hotel buffet for two days in a row. I ate freshly cooked tempura and steak, which were delicious, but considering that this is Hokkaido, I would have liked them to include a little more seafood. I think customers would be satisfied even if they raised the price accordingly. Still, considering that you can stay at this hotel in a prime location in Niseko during the peak winter season for around 30,000 yen for one night with two meals, I think it is very reasonable, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

The rooms with a private onsen are great. Very comfortable bedding. Quiet. Bedroom cleaning only every three days so everything gets pretty dusty. Great location. Nice views over the slopes, which are just right there. We didn’t use the dining options because there was no clarity on times and menu. No room service.
