I stayed here before and it wasn't bad so I visited again. This time the room felt older than my previous room. I wonder if the unit bath was like this too...? The staff were very polite, and this time I also got some ice from the front desk and went to my room. As I was only there to sleep it wasn't a problem.

This hotel is a bit of a dive. The room was very small and the bathroom was not clean. They put me in the smoking floor which was disgusting and the bed spread was stained. I left the window wide open and went for a walk and bought an air freshener which helped a bit. A very unpleasant stay after spending 8 nights in very clean and nice accommodation. The bed was very hard and the the bedspread was one of the original ones from the 1980's.

This is a good “last night in Hokkaido” hotel as it’s close to the New Chitose Airport (we couldn’t get a room at the hotel in airport so this is the next best thing). This chain hotel is standard. Good room. Ok facility. But best staff. They also give good recommendations on transportation and yakitori dinner nearby. You can easily take a taxi from Chitose station (less than 1,000 yen) and around 2,000 yen taxi fare to the airport (perfect choice for super cold winter!) I think we can also walk from the trainstation to the hotel as well but the weather was too cold to do so.
