It says seaside, but on the lower floor to the north, you couldn't see the sea. Some rooms are visible, so you might want to make a request. Even with the parking and building views, the rooms are quite spacious and undeniably old, but the prices are reasonable. There are plenty of amenities in the lobby, welcome drinks including alcohol, coffee and free parking. The Matsukazemachi Station of the tram and the Seiko Mart were close by. It was about 1 km to JR Hakodate Station and about 10 minutes on foot. I didn't use it again, but there was also a three-hour free rental cycle. I could make a seafood bowl for breakfast, too, but not so much soba at night from 10pm. I recommend comparing the conditions and prices with many hotels near Hakodate Station depending on the season and the transportation I go to, but it was surprisingly comfortable.

Nice place in a quiet area, not far from the beach. Friendly staff and hardly anything to complain but about the usual noisy guests from the PRC which are unbearable as always. The hotel itself is a bit in the old side but still well maintained and cleaning is impeccable. I like it .

Nice hotel in Hakodate, southern Hokkaido. Quiet and friendly. Not far from the beach which is bitter cold in January by the way. Spacious (for Japan) rooms with a cozy feeling. Perfect for the price. I liked the complimentary chio ramen at 10pm for the guests. Well done
