最推薦的地方是住宿含一台車子。住宿最多可至9人。地點離鬧區較遠，不開車也有循環巴士可以搭。廚房設施相當足夠，可以開車到俱知安車站附近採買食物。乾燥室夠大，每天雪具和雪衣都可以晾在裡面。住宿處衣櫃也提供很足夠的衣架可以使用。洗衣粉和洗碗機的清潔劑有免費提供。住在這裡可以有高品質的旅行。事前寫信詢問負責出租的房地產公司也都很快可以得到回應。每三天會打掃一次。
