Hotel Taisetsu

Japanese,English and Chinese 最低最悪のホテル。 格安ビジネスホテル以下のホスピタリティ。 ・チェックインから人数、部屋、食事全て誤登録されていて、こちらの予約票を見せたら断りもなく画面を写真撮影。後ろに立っている上司らしき年配の男性フロント、女性フロントは見て見ぬフリ。楽天に請求をどうのという話ばかりでトラブル対応には一切あたらず。 ・やっと部屋に通されたら予約内容と違う部屋(グレードダウン)で再度フロントへ問い合わせ。間違った部屋を案内したとのこと。本来予約した部屋の鍵を持ってきたところ「少し広めのお部屋にしました。」と。そもそもその部屋をその部屋の金額で予約してるのに何を考えてそんな言葉が出た？ ・部屋移動の際に荷物は新しい部屋に移しておくと言ったので、自分の身の回りだけ持って他の物は置いていったら、食事券等含め丸ごとフロントへ置きっぱなし。(ここで我慢ならず小言を言ったら初めてボソボソと謝罪。が相変わらず年配の男性フロントは聞こえないフリ。) ・基本的にどの従業員も笑顔、挨拶はなし。食事会場に行っても手に持っていた食事券を無言でひったくられ無言で案内。会場を出る時も無言。 ・食事会場も来場時間を聞かれたが特に管理されている様子もなく長蛇の列。 ・部屋は壁が薄く、上階で駆け回ってる子供の足音や廊下での会話が全て響き渡るほど。 ・アメニティ場所の案内もなし。 ・何をしても不快感を味わされる低品質さで翌日のホテルを予約サイト経由でキャンセル希望を出したところ、すぐさま却下の連絡。こういう事だけは素早いあたり更に嫌悪感が増しました。 The worst hotel imaginable. Hospitality that is even worse than a cheap budget business hotel. From check-in onward, everything was incorrectly registered: the number of guests, the room, and the meals. When I showed them my reservation confirmation, they took a photo of the screen without asking for permission. An older male staff member at the front desk, who appeared to be a supervisor, stood behind them pretending not to notice, while the female front desk staff also deliberately ignored the situation. They did nothing to address the problem and only kept talking about billing Rakuten. When we were finally shown to the room, it turned out to be a different room from what we had reserved (a downgrade). I went back to the front desk to ask about it, and they admitted they had guided us to the wrong room. When they brought the key to the room we had actually booked, they said, “We’ve upgraded you to a slightly larger room.” What were they thinking saying that, when I had originally reserved that exact room at that price? During the room change, they said they would move our luggage to the new room, so I only took my personal belongings and left the rest behind. However, everything—including our meal vouchers—was left sitting at the front desk. When I finally lost patience and complained, they muttered an apology for the first time. Even then, the older male front desk staff continued to pretend he couldn’t hear anything. None of the staff showed any smiles or offered greetings. At the dining venue, a staff member silently snatched the meal voucher from my hand and guided me without saying a word. When leaving the venue, there was again no acknowledgment or greeting. At the dining venue, they asked what time we planned to come, but there was no sign that anything was actually being managed, resulting in a very long line. The walls of the room were extremely thin. The sound of children running around upstairs and conversations in the hallway echoed throughout the room. There was no guidance at all regarding where the amenities were located. Everything about this hotel was unpleasantly low-quality. When I requested to cancel the next day’s stay through the booking site due to this experience, the request was immediately rejected. The speed with which they handled this—while being utterly incompetent in every other respect—only increased my disgust. 这是我住过的最差、最糟糕的酒店。 服务水准甚至连廉价的商务酒店都不如。 从办理入住开始，入住人数、房型、餐食等所有信息都被错误登记。当我出示预订确认单时，工作人员未经任何说明或同意，直接对屏幕进行了拍照。站在后方、看起来像是上司的年长男性前台员工视而不见，女性前台员工也同样装作没看到。他们只是一味地反复提及如何向乐天（Rakuten）结算费用，完全没有进行任何问题处理。 好不容易被带到房间，却发现与预订内容不符，是被降级的房间。我再次前往前台询问，对方承认是带错了房间。随后他们拿来了我原本预订房间的房卡，却说了一句：“我们给您安排了稍微大一点的房间。”明明我本来就是按那个房型和价格预订的，真不知道他们是出于什么想法才会说出这种话。 在更换房间时，工作人员表示会把行李转移到新房间，于是我只带走了随身物品，其余物品留在原房间。但结果包括餐券在内的所有行李都被原封不动地放在了前台。（在这里我实在忍无可忍抱怨了几句，他们才第一次低声含糊地道歉。但那名年长的男性前台员工依旧装作什么都没听见。） 基本上所有员工都没有笑容，也没有任何问候。即使到了用餐会场，工作人员也一言不发地从我手中抢走餐券，然后默默带路。离开会场时同样没有任何招呼。 虽然被询问了用餐时间，但看起来完全没有进行任何管理，现场排起了长长的队伍。 房间隔音极差，上层孩子奔跑的脚步声以及走廊里的谈话声都清晰地回荡在整个房间内。 完全没有任何关于洗漱用品或其他备品放置地点的指引说明。 无论做什么都会让人感到不快，整体品质极其低劣。基于这样的体验，我通过预订网站申请取消第二天的住宿，却立刻收到了被拒绝的通知。偏偏在这种事情上的反应速度异常迅速，这一点反而让我更加感到厌恶。

The ocation is terrific, the lobby is very well appointed with a small coffee shop, a store that carries a big variety of food, gifts, snacks and skincare. The staff is nice but most do not speak English. Unfortunately the rooms are very dated. Very dated. The furniture is wobbly. The bathrooms are very VERY old and have an overwhelming smell of mildew. We chose a traditional room, which was comfortable with plenty of room for our small luggage. It's a well appointed but very tired room. The buffet food is varied and fairly good. Dinner includes a full bar, with local sake, beer and whiskey. The weekend is very busy and the flow isn't well managed. It's difficult to move around with your tray.

Friendly staff, but very dated areas of the hotel. 'Traditional' room is another way to say 'badly needs refurbished'. You sleep on the floor like a homeless person, which is terrible on your back. We asked for an additional mattress to mitigate the worst of it. Our bathroom was straight out of the 1960s and very small. Onsens are fine, although the European onsen was a bit grubby. The evening buffet was a highlight for us. Also, the bingo is a great added entertainment for a good laugh.
