Before COVID-19, I stayed at Tokachikawa Daiichi Hotel about once a year. It's been a while, but now I'm here for the first time in years. 　As you know, Tokachigawa Onsen is a plant hot spring called "Mall Onsen". The light brown hot springs are gentle on the skin and are also popular as "beauty waters." I like the hot springs, of course, and the food at this hotel. 　Our plan this time was a buffet for both dinner and breakfast. The buffet doesn’t have many items, but each dish is carefully crafted, and when brought in order, all the dishes are comparable to kaiseki dishes. In addition, alcohol was free. We started with Start draft beer and then tasted sake. That sake is also a junmai ginjo sake from a brewery in Hokkaido. 　Daiichi Hotel is the best hotel in Tokachikawa after all!

Spending a day at Tokachigawa Daisho Hotel was nothing short of perfect. The stunning scenery, with breathtaking views at every turn, created a serene and picturesque atmosphere. All the steps were so attentive and so great , food and beverage experience was also very good during the breakfast , me, and my partner we were wearing Japanese style of cloth, Specially, the front of his staff they were really, really good although the English was a bit tough for them to communicate, but it is very much manageable . I mistakenly kept our cheese inside the mini bar and we traveled already 15 km and I realize that I left it , I called them and they brought, and they kept it in the front office and when I went back, they handed over to me , me and my partner we really loved this hotel . The hotel itself embodies the essence of Japanese hospitality, blending traditional elegance with modern comfort. From the warm onsen experience to the exquisite local cuisine, every detail was exceptional. A truly unforgettable stay in the heart of nature!

free local bus many time in front of Obihiro station sending you to hotel take about 20 min. Only. Room reserved with japanese style wi river view. The moor water onsen are brown color special for Tokachigawa area. They have foot spa onsen can see the panorama view of the river. Dinner have variety of food and sweet. Easy access to go from new chitose airport about 2.30 hrs to Obihiro and take free local bus to hotel. Wonderful stay will go back again.
