Hotel Route Inn Kitami Odori Nishi

This hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Kitami Station, next to Kitami City Hall, right in front of a convenience store, and the parking lot is large and convenient. The hotel is new and offers free coffee. The front desk is generally very friendly, and you can enter the room by waving your card key. The room is simple and clean, and the bed is large and low, which is good. It's a shame that the TV is small, but there is a table and a chair with sleeves, so it's convenient for working. The amenities and in-room facilities are comparable to those of a reasonably good hotel. The breakfast had a good variety of Japanese and Western side dishes, and the restaurant was spacious and delicious. There was one large public bath, which was quite large, and the water was a colorless, transparent, slightly slimy natural hot spring that was good for warming up. Amenities included shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shaving cream, and razor. The nightwear was jinbei. The feel of the bed and the height of the pillow were just right for me, so I was able to sleep soundly until morning. The hotel offered a large public bath, excellent service, and great value for money.

Stayed here two nights- booked 7 rooms. Great location, near JR station. Wonderful and clean rooms, friendly staff most of the time. Breakfast was amazing! My sons loved the breakfast- great variety and beautiful lay out! Negatives- parking tickets need to be picked up each day. Sometimes front office staff not as friendly but they were never rude Would definitely book rooms here again when I visit Kitami city in Hokkaido!

The hot springs are great. This time, I finished my business early, so I went to the hot springs in the evening. There is no open-air bath, but it was very comfortable to soak while looking outside. The rooms are clean, too.
