When I made a phone reservation, I had asked for my child's meal to be changed from an adult course meal to a child's meal, but it had not been sent off, and when the meal began on the day, the adult meal was also brought to the child. When one item was brought in, I felt something was wrong, so I checked and the answer was that children's food would be served later, but two items were also brought in adult food. Tell them that you have reserved the meal for children and they will confirm. And while I didn't get a good response, I brought adult course meal after adult course meal. After a while, they said they weren't ready, so please wait 30 minutes as we're going to make it. I apologize for having one drink. It took more than an hour for the child to eat the food when the meal started. The meal time I was looking forward to was my worst memory. I will never use it again. The building must be old, but 5.6 feather ants came out of the room without even opening the windows. I rented two rooms, both in the same situation. This is 40,000 yen per person. I don't want to use it even if it's 10,000 yen.

Ryokan is located in the heart of Noboribetsu. Breakfast and dinner were great but the breakfast should close later at 10am instead of 9.30am. It felt very rush for us especially when we have two young kids. Kaiseki Dinner at the restaurant with the privacy at different rooms were delicious and beautifully decorated. The room is small but sufficient for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids. There’s not much room for our 5 huge luggage though. Room is well maintained and clean. As we went during the off peak season, most of the time we had the whole onsen to ourselves or a few other guests. It comes with 3 indoor pools and 1 outdoor pool for the ladies. The dressing area is also well equipped and clean. Overall we had an enjoyable stay and would recommend for everyone.

Rooms are spacious and very relaxing. Onsen is beautiful as it is outdoor and very clean, and very warm. It feel very natual compare to other onsens. Meals are the best!! Really really good - both dinner and breakfast. Highly recommend! Staff are also very helpful. I booked online directly via their website whic h is cheaper and easier to cancel if need be.
