We used it twice for business purposes, and both of them were very accommodating, with twin rooms for single bookings. However, because of my weak bronchial system, I tried to use the built-in humidifying air purifier as a hotel dry-out measure, but when I removed the water tank, black mold clattered on the water receiving tray!! Some of them are red. I couldn't bring myself to use it for meteorites, and sure enough, when I got up the next day, my throat was hit. 　I was grateful for the room upgrade, but the thought of managing it with that sense of hygiene honestly makes me think about the next use. 　Is the upgrade also a defense against the departure of regulars and business travelers when hotel costs soared during overtourism? I have a hunch. 　As a hotel manager, I think you know that mold can cause pneumonia, but you can see it in other hotels, so that's just about the level of hygiene concept after all. 　Even if I tried to tell the hotel about this, I couldn't find the questionnaire, there was no "opinion/request" item on the website, and I couldn't find it on the Hotel Group website, so I put it here.

I arrived in Obihiro on the last JR train from Chitose and checked in just after 12 o'clock. It's close to the station, but the distance can be a little worrying when there's snow. You can stop by a Seico Mart on the way. On the other side of the station is a bar district, and there were quite a few shops open even after 12 o'clock. The front desk staff was Indian and quite cheerful. The building felt a little old, but the room was spacious, typical of Hokkaido, and I was able to relax in it. I also appreciated that check-out was at 11 o'clock.

After checking in, I checked the washlet in the toilet of my room and it was broken. I had just had a polyp removed so I chose a hotel with a washlet and made a reservation, so I went to the front desk and asked to change the room. They said they were fully booked from tomorrow so it was not possible. I asked if it was absolutely impossible, but they said they couldn't because there were no rooms. I gave up because I thought it would only make me feel worse if I asked any more. There were three staff members at the front desk, and the other two just turned a blind eye. All three were foreigners so I could tell they were not able to communicate well with us. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again, but I thought I would write this in the hope that it might be of some help to those who are thinking of staying there. I didn't hear anything at the front desk on the day of check-out, so I don't think they even gave me any feedback. It was a very difficult 3-night, 4-day trip, and I'm very sorry.
