I’d never recommend this place if you know certain level of hotel industry. Their service is focused on FAMILIES WITH moderate or lower income. If you are wealthy and stay at nice hotels in general, don’t even ever think of booking here. Beds are so hard and old. Whole building is OLD too. There is no bell desk service at all. Food are horrible, they even serve frozen food. I was like OMG. I expected to enjoy Amazing deserts, then all I found was all dried nothing special at all cakes. Pool is old, sliders you need to pay additional. Hot springs were good. That was the only good and seriously NOTHING ELSE. I was extraordinarily disappointed and even talked to a manager on duty, but all he did was gave me their one Baumkuchen and no discount from hotel fees or anything at all. I guess they don’t care of customers feedbacks. Don’t waste your time and money.

This is a bad place to go if you are looking to spend a relaxing vacation with your family. It was disappointing because if was at the end of our trip and we were hoping to relax and enjoy some water slide facilities and food. Instead the facilities were too old and dated. Carpets were moldy, the mattress smells, the gym looked like it was there since the 70's and the staff knows very limited English and some were actually rude refusing to answer your questions. Half the restaurants were closed and the main facility which was the water slide as well as the adult outdoor pool were closed. The hotel should have at least informed guests about it.
