Cross Hotel Sapporo

He descended to Sapporo for the first time in his life. Stay in a suite to use the lounge. The lounge isn't bad, but I think it would be nice to have a bit more of a gauntness. I don't know because my family never goes into public baths. The room was nice with the best bed and pillows, plus a massage chair. When you check out, when you get downstairs, your car is already ready and you'll be impressed awesome!

This hotel was really good as the check-in was smooth as we used the kiosk to check in. We went to our room and our room was really good. It came with two good TVs and a massage chair. The bed was really good and comfy. One thing that could improve is the shower are. The shower area, the ceiling, is too low and too small. Otherwise this hotel is really good

Our 2 night stay was the perfect place to spend in Sapporo. The hotel is located just a few blocks away from Sapporo Station (5 minutes walk) between 2 quieter streets. It is in an excellent location to be walking distance from the clock tower, TV tower, Odori Park, Tanukikoji Shopping Street and plenty of shops and restaurants. Despite Suskino area appearing to be far away, it was surprisingly easy to walk there as well. We ended up walking there twice in one day and didn’t feel like we were exhausted. Check-in / check-out is pretty seamless and a staff assists you on the self check-in/out machine. We stayed in the Cross Suite, which was very spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the windows in the bathroom, particularly in the tub area. Pictures on the website felt accurate. The only strange thing about the room is that because the bathroom is located next to windows, the adjacent seating area is a little closed off and they hide the wall with a curtain. It felt a little odd, but didn’t detract from enjoying the room. We also had breakfast in the morning (starts at 7:00A), which is a wide assortment of items. I was expecting more sushi dishes (ikura, tuna, shrimp) as we had enjoyed this in other Hokkaido hotels outside of Sapporo, but unfortunately all of their seafood dishes were cooked. Additionally, there were signs in the elevator that there can be a wait between 7:30A-9:00A. Around 7:00-7:30A when we ate, it was definitely busy, but not crowded. I could definitely see how you would need to wait if you eat during the peak hours. Overall, no complaints with the stay. Being in a central location was the reason why I chose this hotel and I would stay there again.
