Hokkaido Hotel

A short trip to Obihiro expecting a view of the Hidaka Mountains and spring flowers. The hotel rooms are divided into two buildings: the Garden Wing, where you can enjoy the greenery of the property, and the Hidaka Wing, where you can enjoy the mountain view. Stay in a maisonette room on the Hidaka wing expecting the view. Tokachidake Mountains and Todaisetsu Mountains to the north? A good location with a view. The terrace had an alcoholic fireplace, which was attractive, but windy and abandoned. The mall hot springs and saunas in the public baths seem to be popular, but the facilities are a little old-fashioned. Facing a green garden, the restaurant is a pleasant space and offers a menu that makes use of a rich selection of ingredients, including bread and dairy products from local wheat. The three kinds of sake "Tokachi" I had at night were a happy discovery. It is within walking distance of Midorigaoka Park, which has a large site and a lot of changes due to its roughness.

It's a lovely hotel in a residential area away from the station, and I've been there several times. I stay in a different type of room each time, but this time I chose a room with a terrace facing the garden. It was still too cold to spend time on the terrace, but the large windows gave me an extraordinary feeling, which was nice. The hot springs and breakfast are must-try here. For breakfast, you can choose from Western, Japanese, or soup curry, and I chose the Western option this time. I was attracted by the hotel-made bread. The breakfast was as delicious as I expected. I recommend the plan with breakfast included.
