I recently stayed here for one night. There was some confusion checking in, however when that was finally settled I received a high floor room facing the park area and river. The best part besides the room was the excellent onsen spa. They also had an excellent massage person of very well trained. Will stay again

I stayed with my family, but they changed the room without permission. We were shown to a room that was clearly different in decor from the room we had originally booked. I thought it was strange, and when I made the call on the extension, the room was changed without permission. It's funny there's nothing like that at the time of check-in, right? I was told to move my luggage because I will change the room now that I talked with you. We had to move our own luggage without apology or service. I had also scheduled it with time, but it was an accident and it was the worst. The food and child care was undisputed, but the staff was too responsive to me to go there again.

I walked out of the subway station and could see the sign so I didn't hesitate. The view was good because it was upstairs and the room was clean. The front desk staff, the restaurant staff, the cleaning staff, everyone was pleasant. There are three restaurants to choose from, but I could only go for two nights, which is a shame. TERRA is a nice place to be with the morning sun setting, and I felt like I was at a campsite surrounded by Snow Peak. I also enjoyed the galette. Nakajima chose a seafood bowl where he could taste the seafood of Hokkaido, but it was really delicious and the restaurant was quiet and relaxed. The hot springs are more crowded at night depending on the time of day, but I was able to relax in the morning. I liked the hair dryer in the powder room riffa.
