This property has all the "can't miss" list for travelers. Great location, attractive prices, in-house amenities & services (coin-op laundry, full range toiletries, luggage storage), efficient check in and out, attentive front desk staffs. It is a 5 minute - walk from Sapporo station, and surrounded by a number of convenient stores. Without a doubt this is the top notch property to serve as an excellent base to explore Sapporo and Hokkaido overall.

Great location that locates just 5 minutes on foot from Sapporo Train Station, convenient metro and train networks o navigate within and outside Sapporo. Convenient store is found nearby for daily drinks/snacks consumable. Stellar Place, where many restaurants and shops are found, is reachable within 10 minutes walking distance. An economical package deal bought from CX Holiday website a few months in advance. Stayed at a standard en-suite semi-double room that offered basic amenities and daily housekeeping, and acceptable cleanliness standard throughout the hotel. A little pity to mention, there is room for improvment at staff service on restaurants opinion request and phone reservation in Japanese. Experience could be better if the room would be in a bigger size.

Once again MyStays Sapporo Station has given us an excellent stay. This is our fourth stay with them and the hotel feels like our home away from home. Once you get the hang of it, the room size is not an issue. We stay in a Superior Twin and have learned how to stow our luggage and items to give us the maximum space and there is enough room. The front desk is exceptional and extremely responsive to guest requests and concerns. We cannot say enough good things about the Housekeeping Staff. The room was always very clean. Will be back there in October.
