Resol Trinity Sapporo Hotel booked 3 nights at Agoda. During my stay, I heard that my husband's grandmother had suddenly become ill. Due to an unexpected family return to Korea, I was in a hurry and could not use the remaining one night. After returning, Agoda requested a refund of the one-night fee for not staying with urgent return reasons. Agoda said it would be difficult to get a refund in principle because it was purchased on condition of no cancellation, but considering the special circumstances, the hotel will refund if it agrees to the cancellation. However, the hotel responded that the refund request was rejected. The unexpected emergency situation called the Zomo was an irresistible situation, not a personal cause or a simple change. Nevertheless, we are very sorry and disappointed about the hotel's refusal of refunds without any consideration or exception. It is even more difficult to expect an understanding and flexible response to critical situations such as a sudden family picture.

Second time I have stayed at this hotel because it's accross the street from the Sapporo Snow Festival. Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Accommodations are perfect for a one night stay. Parking close by or the hotel also has parking. Transportation just out the front door if you do not have a car. The Onsen is a night relaxing thing to do before bed. I may even stay here again next year for the Snow Festival if available.

This hotel is truly one of the best in Sapporo. The check‑in and check‑out processes were quick, smooth, and hassle‑free, setting the tone for an excellent stay. The room was spacious with a thoughtful layout, and the bathroom was consistently clean and well‑maintained. Fresh towels and pajamas were provided daily, ensuring comfort throughout the stay. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always ready with accurate solutions to any questions or issues. Their professionalism added great value to the overall experience. The location is exceptional, offering a beautiful view of the snow park right from the room window. Guests also enjoy convenient access to nearby shopping malls and the Tajima Fish Market. For added convenience, the limousine bus to the airport stops right in front of the hotel, making travel easy and comfortable. Overall, this hotel combines excellent service, prime location, and thoughtful amenities—highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapporo.
