We used it in 6 rooms for 12 relatives at the wedding. They were very kind to us, making reservations for parking and banquets and assigning rooms. Rooms, hot springs, dinner and breakfast were all great. It was my first use in 20 years, but I would love to use it again when I have a wedding in Sapporo.

As the title suggests. I visited during the snow festival in February. The blankets that were provided in the guest room were rags with tears and holes here and there that allowed the padding to be seen. The room was just so dim I didn't notice it on the first day, but I did notice it late at night on the last day, and I protested at the front desk the next morning, but the staff who responded didn't pay attention and didn't even go to check the room where the problem was. I had to check out because I had plans for the day. When I re-enquired about the case using the inquiry form at a later date, a woman claiming to be the deputy manager said: ・I was the one who responded on the day. - Went to the room after the customer left and confirmed that there were deficiencies. ・We acknowledge that there were deficiencies, but we will not refund or compensate you in any way. ・Next time I will respond properly, so please come again. That's the answer. So someone wants to go again with this?

This is my second use. Other things that I always find confusing are the air conditioning, alarms and room light instructions that say "Night Insighters" in large letters, two sets of bath towels and towels, and a large plastic bag, which I really enjoyed. The fan was also very pleasant when it was hot after the bath. There were also two types of footwear, sandals and setta, which were convenient. The downside was that the closet was outside, and the bath ended too early at midnight.
