Located on the top floor of a luxury hotel, the restaurant has a wide perspective, coupled with the warm and attentive service of the servants to bring the enjoyment of dining to the highest. The restaurant has a strict selection of high-quality seafood, beef and vegetables from Hokkaido. As we all know, Japan produces excellent ingredients, especially Hokkaido, so from the front to the end of desserts, not only shock your taste, but also visual enjoyment. Today's seafood is silver shrimp, the chef Haruka knows how to separate the fish skin from the flesh, patience to bake but not to bake, so that you are filled with fragrance when entering the mouth, like potato chips like fragrance; fresh bowl fish, bringing the taste of sea water at the entrance, and Haruka control is fine, and there is no smoke-resistant feeling; handling beef should be the most basic and best of Japanese chefs, Haruka with her rich experience, rare, medium, medium well and well is all over to meet the requirements of each of us, no complaints nor need to return to her to cook, this is the experience accumulated with the heart, there is also the opposite and understand the requirements of all of you. The hotel is located about a 5-minute walk from the west exit of Sapporo Station. When I was a student, I had a part-time job at Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku, so I wanted to stay at Keio Plaza Hotel someday, and it finally happened, but it was just great. I arrived a little early on the first day due to work, and while I was waiting in the lobby for the check-in time of 3pm after leaving only my luggage, I was approached by the hotel staff who said, "It is a little early, but the room is ready, so I will show you" and I was able to check in a little early. My luggage had already been brought to my room. I'm happy to see this kind of little consideration. The room was large enough, and of course it was a clean room, with plenty of amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, shampoo, body soap, conditioner, T-razor, shower cap, etc. It was very quiet and very relaxing during my stay. Another notable feature is the breakfast buffet. Not only was there a wide variety, but I was also able to enjoy the unique food of Hokkaido. It was so delicious that I ate it to the point where my stomach was pounding. lol There was also a coffee service that you could take out to your room, which was also a nice service. It was a great satisfaction to have nothing to say! I would love to stay if I had the chance again.
