While we were satisfied with the quality of the food and service during our stay, we would like to point out some of the questions we have regarding the service in the hope of improving it in the future. We are members of SLH (Small Luxury Hotels of the World) Club 03, and it is very delicate to say that we have received the kind of support that we deserve. First, when we emailed them in advance to ask them to change the number of guests and make a restaurant reservation, they waited nearly a full day and didn't respond, so we called them and they finally responded. "When asked, ""Can I skip the email response because I could verbally confirm it?"" he questioned the hotel's quality of service." I seriously doubt that the willingness to do so verbally, rather than in writing, despite the fact that it was triggered by an email inquiry, is a good standard for hotels in this price range, and with membership benefits. We also had a very unstable internet connection (Wi-Fi) in our rooms, forcing us to reconnect with one computer and two smartphones over and over again. It was also unfortunate that after checking out, we were not allowed to have a short online meeting of around 30 minutes at any location on the premises, including any available terrace space. Due to the lack of flexibility in business usage and the ability to respond accurately to inquiries, we find it difficult to actively recommend this hotel to those who need reliable communication for work or who want a high-quality customer experience.

I was drinking cakes and sweets in a hotel-cafe in La Suite, and suddenly all the lights went out. I thought it was power out for a moment, and the clerk looked unknowable. And I came to think of it, maybe it was time for the cafe, and it was time for the bar. And yet, I had tea. I thought, well, what a lousy cafe and hotel to turn the lights off because I ignored customers, which surprised others. At checkout, I saw his face, and he looked thin, and I was like, what?
