The staff is very nice, but does not speak much English. The rooms is small, very old, no wardrobe. There is mould on the bathroom curtain. The air-conditioning blows into your bed, no way to open...

Location is great, very close to Sannomiya train station and also next door to a Family Mart, room size is on the smaller side but fine. Negatives: has poor lighting, air conditioning blows directly...
