Daimaru looks great in the photos but the rooms need a complete revamp. We stayed in a traditional style room with the futons, tatami matting and a small lounge area. The screens were torn and...

豊岡駅前すぐの古い旅館ですが、いちおう鉄筋建ての建物です。１Ｆ表は料理店、裏に受付があり、２Ｆが直営の食事処。部屋は３Ｆから上です。部屋はかなり古めです、お手軽値段なので特に期待するものはないですが、失望するものもありません。食事付のプランだったので２Ｆの食事処でいただきましたが、品数豊富、アルコール格安でよかったです。食事を含めればかなりお得な宿です。

当日予約で宿泊しました。空いていたのが3階で、フロントで「あんまりええ部屋ちゃうんですけど…」と303号室の鍵を渡されました。もとは宴会場だった部屋を仕切り、簡易の個室にした感じで、隣の部屋からはビニール袋の「ワシャワシャ」音も聞こえます。かえって気を遣いました。朝食の和定食付きプランで支払いが4000円弱。各階に設置されている共同の浴場は家庭用の浴室ほどの広さ。湯船のふたを開けると、濁ったお湯の...
