It is a quiet and peaceful hotel. The twin rooms are classical, have high ceilings and have large windows, which makes them feel very spacious. The bathtub is separate, bath salts are available, and amenities are L'Occitane. It was relaxing and relaxing. The courtyard and the chandelier steps are also lovely. Teppanyaki and Chinese are recommended for the restaurant. Breakfast was a set of Japanese food, but it was like that. However, I felt that the attitude, including the serving of the supposedly part-time aunts, degraded the quality of the hotel. The regular employees were all very pleasant and firm. I recommend it because the quality from the price point of view is quite high and you can taste the luxury feeling.

The building and interior are calm city hotels. When I arrive, a bellboy (female) comes to my car, loads my bags in a cart and carries me to my room after I check in. The room is large enough with 35 m2. The bathroom was very comfortable, with a bathroom separated by glass doors, a washroom and strong shower water pressure. The amenities are mini-bottles from L'Occitane, which have become rare recently. There are also bath salts. Everything you need: closet, thick slippers, Nespresso machine, safe. On the first day of our consecutive stay, we ate a Western-style food course as a group, but the food was delicious because the hotel is mainly for wedding receptions. There are a variety of Western breakfast dishes and eggs are made to order, but I thought it would be better to have a little more variety in general. The problem is the location of the hotel. On the second day, when he goes to the entrance of the hotel to eat nirikō-nabe in Mito City for dinner, the bellboy says it takes 20 minutes to call a taxi. There is traffic to the city, so it takes 20 minutes and costs 2500 to 3000 yen. It seems that there was a shuttle bus before, but it no longer exists. I think a shuttle bus would make up for the inconvenience of the location.

I thought the quality of the room was very good. However, there was a problem with the reservation, and despite it being 100% the hotel's mistake, there was no apology at check-in. I asked for a massage, but they were fully booked (I wonder if that's really true...) so I couldn't get it, and when I called to confirm about laundry service I was told they didn't do it. People like that have caused the quality to go down. The room was clean and I had a good time, but there were many disappointing points and it left me feeling unsatisfied. Compared to hotels of the same level, it felt like there is still a lot to be desired.
