As mentioned in the review, I think we need to improve the way the hotel staff use and respond to our guests with their abusive language. It's going to be totally unpleasant. Considering the aging facilities and the quality of breakfast, I thought that only the location was good and the cost was bad.

extremely near to station and very easy to locate: just follow the instructions on their website. staff explained to me in basic English about the new hotel tax imposed since April (200 yen a night per room) when I checked in. room was quite small and old and poor sound proof but basic amenities were in place. i like the hotel public bath too; it was a bonus to me. it only has about 6 lockers so try to go when it's not so crowded (for me I often went near midnight) wifi didn't need any password which I found slightly worrying. other than that I enjoyed my stay very much. the karaoke place just beside the hotel was a plus for me too Haha

The room was very small, ill-equipped and we could hear the neighbours as if they were in the room. Check out at 10am is a bit early. We were scolded by the front desk The bathroom is tinier than my bag pack.
