Aenokaze

It was really nice to see it level with the sea. We went with three families and it's a fond memory. There was a variety of food to choose from, and it was a great experience. We went around May, and the weather was great. We drove along the coast on the way there, and we were able to take a break along the way and get a close-up view of the sea. I'm sure it's a difficult time right now because of the earthquake, but I'd like to go back again once things have been restored. To everyone at this hotel and Wakura Onsen, and to everyone who is suffering from the earthquake, I can't do anything to help you, but I hope for a speedy recovery.

I was impressed and satisfied when I stayed at Aenokaze last time, so I stayed there again hoping for relaxation, but it was disappointing that the level of customer service and food had dropped. The young waitress serving dinner was a little inexperienced, but her smile and friendliness were great and she breathed fresh air into the inn, which was the only thing I could praise... I was particularly disappointed by the unbelievable customer service from the front desk staff, which made me wonder if they were really part of the Kagaya Group. I'm sure there are staff transfers and retirements behind this, but as long as they're carrying the name of the Kagaya Group, I don't think that's an excuse, so I think they need to be retrained in customer service and food.

The hotel is spacious and has a large window in the lobby with a view of the sea. When I checked in, I was given tea and sweets in the lobby, but after that, I was very happy that sweets, juice, coffee, tea, etc. were free. The service was also attentive and it was a very nice inn. The food and bath were also very good! I want to stay again!
