I was finally able to make a reservation at Kagaya and stayed there for the first time. The service was excellent, and I felt it combined the best aspects of an inn and a hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The room was clean, and the food and view were excellent. The staff who looked after me were also very helpful. The portion of rice was just right, not too much, and it was delicious. I have heard that you have suffered damage from the recent earthquake... I would like to offer my sincere condolences. I will stop by again once the area has been restored, so I hope to see you again then.

I had a very pleasant time. The facilities were good, the food was good, and the hot springs were good!! I was very satisfied with the rich content. The quality of the hot springs in particular was so good that I was able to go in several times. If I have the opportunity, I will use them again next time. I would also like to thank all the staff for their kind and polite service.

One of the top Japan Ryokan with personalised attention from the Japanese guide. Upon arrival, standard Japanese matcha and sweet dessert was served. Once we were in our room, the guide took effort to dress us up in traditional Japanese costume to prepare us for the onsen. 3 storey of onsen for males and the quality of the onsen water is excellent. Kaiseki Ryori Is the best and the main highlight for this stay. We ordered the 2 hour of unlimited alcohol drink package and it was definitely one the best night in Japan. The next day morning, breakfast was marvellous.
