Location: In the walking street of Shikoku Town, you can always shop. To the dock / car rental company, about 10 to 15 minutes walk, the bus stop is at the hotel entrance, the hotel floor is a pharmacy and a convenience store. Service: Email response is extremely fast and can solve problems, this is important. Many Japanese hotels are only responding or not responding. The reception staff is courteous and efficient. Concerns about parking, staff also resolved. This year we stayed three times and the problem was solved twice. Room: It is not typical small, there is little space to walk, cleanliness is also good.

This hotel is in a convenient location. Just a short walk from Takamatsu Station, bus terminal. It is also in easy walking distance to the ferry port. Bus stop right outside to go to Ritsurin Garden and opposite a shopping arcade with variety of restaurants. Room was comfortable. I admired that the hotel is making efforts to be environmentally sustainable with recycling boxes in the foyer, extra complimentary items wrapped in paper and also a token system they will donate to a green charity.

Location wise this hotel stood out as it is just steps away from the shopping arcade but that is about it . Room wise is very small like most business hotel but it is much smaller. What made it worse is the size of the bathroom which is one of the smallest I have seen. Another good thing about the hotel is the choice of breakfast that given the price it cost , I would say the breakfast is the star of this hotel.
