It was a hot spring resort, and since it was an indoor pool, I imagined a heated pool, but when I went there it was a cold water pool. It's February, so nobody seems to be using it, so it's an idle facility. It is advised that it is free for overnight guests, but it is difficult to enter the water unless you have a very strong body or a swimming club with a whizzing body. I stopped. Therefore, the depth of water has not been investigated.

We rented a cart and went around the gardens. Along the way, you can get off the cart and walk down to the basin at the bottom of the waterfall. It's hard to believe that the waterfall is on hotel grounds, and it's a must-see. All the staff at the shop, restaurant, and front desk were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the view of the majestic mountains was amazing. The food was also very delicious, especially the French cuisine. The hot spring water was of good quality and made your skin smooth. I stayed for two nights on a tour, and it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I'd definitely like to visit again.

I checked in at 4pm, but was told that dinner would be served from 6pm or 8pm. I had had a light snack around 3pm that day, so 6pm was too early, and so I chose 8pm. While I was resting in my room, feeling conflicted, 4 buses for groups arrived. I realized that the restaurant is open to group guests during the best time, between 6:30pm and 8pm. After taking a bath, I was hungry and waited until 8pm. The lobby was spacious and expensive, and the rooms were not bad. They were also well-cleaned. However, this hotel prioritizes group guests and neglects individual guests who pay the regular price, so I will never go there again.
