An overnight stay after visiting Enoshima and this hotel served the basic needs. Located in a neighborhood area without its own parking but not an issue as there are several parking areas close by with decent cost. For those with heavy luggage , you can enter via basement with the elevator bringing you to lobby on 1st level. Glad to have one of the staff coming out of the hotel to help us with the luggage and directing us to the reception. However most staff at the hotel did not speak good English but somehow managed to survive through the overnight stay. Breakfast was not included but we paid 1650 Yen for in my view passable breakfast. Room is bare minimum somehow showing the old age and what I don’t like is the dim walkway leading to the room. Rooms come with heater which is too hot for me so I have to turn it off and open the window. As also mentioned in other review , I do not like the washing machine placed at the lobby in a somehow dark corner ! Overall the stay is pleasant with food options about 10 mins walk away closer to JR station.

Just the right amount of space for a relaxing hina kaiki. The staff were also very friendly and good at serving customers. The morning was really delicious and inspiring! It was hard to walk a little bit from the station in the heat of midsummer, but otherwise it is a perfect score shop ✨ I'd love to hear about it again!

The hotel was fine stayed there fourteen nights over a period of 21days in japan. When we first arrived they upgraded us to a bigger room so we changed the rest of stay to larger room. One negative there description of laundry facilities not good.
