I was very happy to receive a kind reply to my question email before my stay. When I stayed at the hotel, I was thrilled to find that it was thoroughly cleaned, clean and pleasant, and that there was detailed service throughout that allowed me to reach the itchy areas for female guests. I want to use it again. The public baths were designed for password entry on a weekly basis, which provided excellent security.

The room was not so spacious but the basic amenities were available. The male onsen was in front of the room and it was a quite noisy. Recommend the hotel if it is a one night but not so comfortable to have a longer stay. The Onsen was pretty good though.

The staff was very helpful and gave me the room exactly as I had booked. When I entered the room it was hot and I could not make the air conditioner work. After a couple tries I called the desk and they sent somebody upstairs who also could not get it to work. They promptly change my room to a ‘very very cool’ room. I was very satisfied with the entire experience and will return to this hotel again in the future
