Seriously, this hotel had the best public transport connection of any I have ever stayed at, walk out of Kawasaki Station, down a lift and straight to the front door! Besides that, the hotel room was quite spacious, very clean and very cosy. I was worried there might be train noise, but it was blissfully quiet. There were so many food and shopping options we really needed to stay more than our two nights to fully appreciate the area. The price was excellent and was perfect for our flight home from Haneda.

Our stay at JR East Hotel Mets Kawasaki was truly a pleasant and memorable experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with close proximity to shops, restaurants, and the train station, making it easy to get around and explore. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional service. The staff were consistently courteous, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. We would like to especially commend Yamada-san for going above and beyond to assist us—your kindness and professionalism did not go unnoticed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and well-maintained, allowing us to relax after a full day of activities. We highly recommend JR East Hotel Mets Kawasaki to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and service-oriented place to stay.

Hotel is right at the Kawasaki station, very convenient Lots of food places & shopping areas. Big room, clean & comfortable.
