Four family members stayed in twins. Breakfast is included and children under elementary school age can share a bed for free, so it is very reasonable in this location. I drove there, but the hotel parking lot was full (1500 yen per night) when I arrived at 16:00. It became a partner parking lot (GS parking Kannai) nearby, but it was close to the hotel and there was no problem. It's 1200 yen until 10 a.m. the next morning. This parking lot also had an EV charger, so EV cars are recommended.

I used it when I attended an event at K Arena Yokohama. It takes about 2 minutes on foot from Kannai Station on the subway and about 4 minutes on foot from Kannai Station on the JR line, making it convenient from the direction of Yokohama Station and Shin-Yokohama Station. To get to K-Arena Yokohama, I took the Minatomirai Line from Bashamichi Station, which is about a 5-minute walk away. It opened in 2005, but it seems to have been renewed in 2012, so it didn’t feel old. The front desk was on the second floor, and the Library Café, which was also the breakfast venue, was on the same floor. The rooms were rather spacious and there was no shortage of facilities and equipment. It was also good that breakfast was free. There were many restaurants in the surrounding area and several convenience stores within walking distance. There was a free locker (self-cloak) in the ground floor hall, and you could put your luggage in even after checking out.
