It's close to the station so the location is good. The staff were very friendly. However the rooms are tiny!! I have never seen such a small hotel. I think it would be very difficult to fit a suitcase in. The unit bath is also a small one so you should imagine it as such. This hotel is suitable for people who just want to sleep while attending a concert or drinking party.

Both my business associate and I agreed we have never stayed in a hotel with worse mattresses and pillows. Felt like pure concrete and we normally both like firm mattresses. Utterly intolerable. Could not sleep and caused pains all over our bodies. It's more comfortable sleeping in economy class on a long haul flight.

This hotel should be labeled 'Smoker's Paradise' hotel. The smell of cigarette smoke permeates the entire hotel. I find it hard to believe that there are no non-smoking rooms in this hotel. If there were, it probably would not make a difference assuming that most people in this hotel smoke. The rooms are decent and clean. The bed is a bit soft. Breakfast is light, and really should not be considered a benefit of the room rate. WiFi internet is very slow. Location can be considered a plus if quick access to Shin-Yokohama station is needed. It is a good distance away from some of Yokohama's attractions however. I would not recommend a stay here.
