This time, we wanted to enjoy the accommodation, so we fully enjoyed the room after check-in. The room, the food and the staff were all wonderful and truly enjoyable. I stayed there the other day and it was very good. Hospitality is also high, but if you imagine sophisticated luxury inns, I think it is different. It may be a little verbal, but it is close to the warm hospitality of the countryside. But since they don't get involved in this and that, I think it's OK for people who don't want to be too bothered about that. As an individual, the food was very delicious and left a lasting impression. This is far more than the usual kaiseki dishes in Kyoto and elsewhere. "It was impressive that the sashimi was served with various condiments this time, and when I told the chef to that effect, he said, ""You can eat it with soy sauce and wasabi as much as you want at home.""" I also felt that he was really dealing with the food he served to his customers. My mother seemed to really like the public baths. I went empty-handed, had everything I needed, and seemed to be in a state of being reserved when I went because there were so few rooms. I liked the open-air bath in the room, which I always put in. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that I brought it with me because it didn't say that bathrobes were provided as room facilities, but they were provided properly. I should have inquired beforehand and checked it, but that was the only thing that bothered me a bit. This is an inn where you want to visit for another season, maybe a year later, or sooner.

We visited this place during our cruise holiday. Everything was perfect from the time we arrived at Kameoka station till we departed. Very calm place with excellent spa facilities, public, private and in the room onsens. Dinner was delicious and presented as an art. Definitely recommended.
