Very comfortable hotel. Excellent location, near shopping and restaurants. Staff very helpful. Coin operated laundry on site.

Our room was very compact and did not offer a window that you could see through. To my recollection there was no in-room safe. All staff were friendly, and the breakfast hostess was a particularly cheerful person, albeit overworked in keeping up with all the guests. Note that taxis cannot drive up all the way to the hotel after 10 am, but the walk is short to the pickup spot. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and shops.

Avoid the hotel. On the trip through Korea and Japan, we have never had such a bad hotel. Room tiny small, everything kept very dark that you can't see the dirt. After moving into the room we would have to go out again, as the room was not cleverly cleaned. In the breakfast room, the floor is so dirty that if you stand long enough, you will stick to the floor. For three days I've been trying to get them to finally clean the floor at the reception, but all in vain. Rooms are cleaned only once a week. Bad luck if you only have four nights, MSN is in the dirt. It's all eckelhaf.
