I stopped in the Japanese-style room, but it was very difficult because of the dust and the urticaria. My friends also had psychic phenomena, white rice lacked moisture, and the seasoning and taste didn't suit me. The response from the staff was good.

It is located on the north corner of the street, walking west from Karasuma Oike-dori. The front desk is on the second floor. When I first stayed there, there was no elevator, so I walked up the stairs. In fact, you can use the night passage on the first floor to access the elevator. The staff at check-in were unfriendly, but the two staff who replaced were very kind and polite. There is no electric kettle in the room, but you can borrow one at the front desk. There is no drink service in the room. There is nothing particularly wrong with the room itself, but the lighting is dim. The large public bath on the first floor was empty and comfortable. I used it twice, once at night and once in the morning. There is no scale or hair styling products. Overall, I got the impression that the service was the bare minimum. However, considering the price of the room and the location, it is not bad at all.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel, we did not eat at the on site breakfast room. The rooms were not too bad size, larger than we had experienced in Tokyo but the carpets were very tired and stained and the whole place i felt could do with a refurb. The best thing about the hotel was free bike rental, they give you a map also but this was not that helpful but we spent our last morning / early afternoon cycling Kyoto which is flat are so no hills to contend with and covered an enormous area of the city.
