Service There are plenty of welcome snacks and drinks, and chazuke late-night snacks. When I have children, they give me fireworks. Staff correspondence is also ◎ 4. Rooms Clean and spacious space of 36 m2. The courtyard and the window are visible and soothing. Amenities are enhanced. Hair dryer, air purifier and wash toilet available . It's a shame we don't have a coffee machine in our room. 5. Hot springs Beautiful skin bath with its own source. Enjoy the inner bath, cypress, rock open air and private bath. We are also happy to offer coffee milk and ice cream free of charge after hot water 6. Meals Premium French is delicious with plenty of local ingredients. It was much better than it was four years ago. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of items. Light meal service such as chicken chazuke and tamago kake gohan (rice topped with eggs) is also impressive . Especially the green curry makes you want to eat it again and again (I want it sold in a retort) 7. Shared Wine and snacks in the lounge (good Chinese chimaki and peach buns), table tennis, billiards, darts, laundry, etc. Swimming pool is fun with kids 8. Dare to complain: When I enter the room, I smell strange. The smell disappears after a few minutes (not bothering you?) But when I reenter the room, it smells again. I remember staying in the same type of room four years ago, but it wasn't like that.

This is our fourth family stayed at Hotel Sierra and it has once again proven to be a wonderful hotel. From the people who run it (a big thank you to Seiko and Mayu) to the delicious breakfasts, traditional onsen and complimentary wine and snacks throughout the day, it is hard not to unwind and relax. So thank you to all the staff that made our trip so memorable. Only down side is that it is out of town and the hotel shuttle bus only drops you off at a limited number of stops in town, which makes restaurant reservations at night a little tricky, if you want to limit taxi costs.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff were so helpful and professional. We were four adults and the room me stayed in was very large and comfortable. We had our own lounge area and a hot tub on the balcony. Unfortunately we couldn’t use this in the winter season but we did use the private onsens and they were fabulous. Highly recommend trying them during your stay. The view from our room was over the garden/ snow park and it was gorgeous covered in snow. You can play in the snow here. I loved all the extras this hotel provided. Complementary food and drinks from 12pm daily. They also had an excellent laundry (you pay for this) machines worked really well. I loved the massage chairs and ping pong as well. We had a car and they have parking in front of the hotel. We also had one meal at the hotel French restaurant. It was very nice, we had the cheaper set menu. My only criticism is both restaurants aren’t cheap. The breakfast that was included in our stay was good. All in all I would highly recommend this Hotel and we hope to return one day.
