ANA Holiday Inn Resort Kuroyon

We recently completed a wonderful 5-night stay at the ANA Holiday Inn Resort Shinano-Omachi Kuroyon, and it was the perfect choice for our family of four (including my wife and two teenagers). * Fantastic Room Upgrade: We were fortunate to receive a room upgrade, which made a huge difference. The extra space was perfect and highly comfortable for a family traveling with teenagers. * Exceptional Staff Service: The service here is truly top-notch. We want to give a special and heartfelt thank you to Mr. Tatsuya. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and his outstanding hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome throughout our 5 nights. * Great Base for Exploration: The resort is a beautiful, peaceful getaway and serves as an excellent base for exploring the area. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Mr. Tatsuya, for looking after my family so well. We cannot wait to return!

We took two young children and used it as an inn for a family vacation. The facility was cleaned up and the staff was good. I would like to use it again.

The best location to explore Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route, traverse trekking course bridging between Nagano and Toyama across the Japan North Alps. Electric bus terminal for Tateyama-Kurobe Alpine Route is extremely nearby this resort. Suitable for family extended stay, as equipped with pool, training room with exercise machinery, and kids room. Evening and morning buffet are sophisticated local quisine. Waiting time for check in was slightly longer because of most crowded season with limited service providing stuffs.
