Excellent location, about 6 min walk to the closest ski lodge, and a short walk to wherever you’d like to go in the village. We stayed for two nights in a tatami-mat room, and it was lovely! It was warm, clean, cozy, and quiet. The futon beds were very warm, and my partner appreciated being able to control the warmth of our room (he runs a bit cold). We had a delightful view of the winding street, the sweeping alps, and the ski resort, which gave us a spectacular view of the sunrise. The hotel staff are very polite and friendly. They were happy to answer our questions and very accommodating! The lobby area is very warm with a potbelly stove burning at almost all hours, providing a cozy atmosphere to sit and enjoy next to the huge windows. There is coffee and tea in the morning to sip on, too. The onsen is very clean and extremely relaxing. It felt so nice to soak in the outside bath and enjoy the winter air with a view of the forest just beyond. Winding down in the bath after a ski day was absolutely perfect. It was my first onsen experience, and there are instructions inside if you get confused. Look up a youtube video and you’ll be fine. It’s so worth trying if you haven’t before!! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

He had booked a room for a reason and told her a few days earlier, 'If a Japanese-style room was available on the day, I would change the room...' but she did not hear from the inn until the day. When I checked in on the day, I thought, "I can't help it." "The Japanese-style room is available, so I changed it," he explains. I was asking him, so I said, "" Okay, I'm going to put my stuff in my room and have fun. What's the bottom line?? There's a difference in rates when you change rooms, right?? I don't even want to stay with the same amount because I haven't been told anything by the front desk at the time of check-in?? so check the price on the extension "It will be 〇〇" and there is still a difference!! And yet there is no explanation What do you mean you don't tell people unless they ask you???? Furthermore (though this may be handled similarly by other customers, so subjectivity is mixed) I've told them in advance if they can replace the food they're allergic to, but no explanation for this either. And then I sat down for dinner. 2 servings of sashimi for one, sashimi konnyaku for the other instead Uh... they don't even explain the seating, but... are they all different people?? Or are you allergic??

We stayed in this hotel for three nights. There was an onsen in our room but the public onsen of the hotel was even better. The hotel served Japanese breakfast and dinner. The hotel was very close to the ski resort. The staff were polite and helpful.
