It's a very old building and the room facilities are a bit dated. It was crowded so I gave up on the public bath and took a shower in my room, but the drainage pipes seemed clogged so the hot water wouldn't drain, which was quite disgusting, and there were two large men's pajamas, which was a problem for me as I am a woman with small feet.

The location is convenient for sightseeing around Lake Suwa, as it is close to Suwa Interchange. The road in front is quite crowded. The building and facilities are quite old. It is a business hotel, so it is not a place to relax. The breakfast does not have a local flavor.

This is simply a poor hotel with tiny rooms and an awkward step up into the bathroom which could defeat older people Breakfast was included but it was a sad affair Room was clean enough but limited amenities and simply too small for a couple. Good supermarket and eating options handy but one to avoid
