Rako Hananoi Hotel

I stayed in room 572. They said it was a room with a panoramic view of Lake Suwa, but the windows were full of bird droppings and blackmail carcasses, which was uncomfortable. Also, the area near the faucet of the unit bus was not cleaned due to the brown mold. Now 30,000 yen without breakfast is too bad. Hey. I'm licking my guests. I've never been in a hotel where I felt so bad and uncomfortable. The service was also terrible. I don't want to stay here again.

I only stayed one night as part of a tour. We arrived in the early evening and left soon after breakfast. The room was clean and overlooked a carpark. We had our evening meal which was a Japanese meal in hotel. They had Yukatas on each floor and we wore them for the dinner. The dinner was very raditional with many dishes and a burner to cook our meat and vegetables Breakfast had a wide range of food and I enjoyed the small meatballs. There are divided plates for breakfast which are ideal for breakfast. The hotel is just across the road from lake Suwa there is a walking path around the lake it was a very pleasant stroll in the morning

Extensive facilities. ◆ You can also enjoy gourmet food in front of the station in 15-20 minutes on foot ■■■■■■■■■■■ [Room] ・Simple Western-style room. · It was not a lake view, but it was a nice room with a view of the city and the sun in the morning. · The bed has 3 USB outlets for easy charging. There's plenty of space at the head of the bed, so there's plenty of room for things you're charging. · Refrigerator is a common size in business hotels. I try not to change the temperature, but you can change it if you ask the front desk. I didn't change it, but it was just right. (It gets pretty cold.) · The desk was spacious and I was able to work well with two laptops deployed. There is also a TV, but it could be used as a monitor with HDMI. ・The bath and toilet are three-point units, but since we use the hot springs, we hardly used them. So no inconvenience at all. · Since there is more space than the bed, you can walk around enough even if you leave your luggage for 5 days and 4 nights. [Hot springs] It is a large public bath where 'Mizuhana-no-yu' and 'Tsukihana-no-yu' change hands daily. ・The private baths "Apple no Yu" and "Apricot no Yu" are indoor baths, but you can see the lake view. ・The private open-air bath "Karin no Yu" does not have a lake view, but you can enjoy the private open-air bath. ・The public bath can be used at 14:00-03:00 / 04:00-10:00. (The open-air bath can only be used at 14:00-22:30 / 06:00-10:00 and the sauna can only be used at 14:00-22:30.) · Neighbors come to bathe from 15:00 without staying, but between 14:00 and 15:00, only consecutive guests can enjoy both the sauna and the open-air bath the most. ・For open-air baths, you can see Lake Suwa in both "Mizuhana no Yu" and "Gekka no Yu." Uchimi / Kujiki / Muscle aches / Fatigue recovery. 　＊ Dry sauna ・Herbal baths are around 35 degrees Celsius, so you can stay in them forever. I had time for consecutive nights, so I used this bath for more than 30 minutes to heal my body. ・I also tried "Sa-katsu" of "Sa-michi" for the first time in the sauna. But I could not arrange it lol [meals] ・We have not eaten this time. ・There seems to be a Chinese restaurant on the first floor, and it is open for lunch. [Inside and in the lobby] · There is a souvenir shop on the left hand side of the entrance and a lobby lounge in the back. · There are always 2-3 hotel workers, so if you need anything, they will come and ask you. · The lobby lounge is free to use from 10:00-21:00, so you may want to sit back and read a book or snap your PC here. [Customer service] · A polite and very crisp hotel worker. · Both when checking in and when renting a bicycle, it was a careful explanation and easy preparation. ・Cleaners are also cheerful and friendly in saying "Good morning~" when they see each other. [Other] ・There is also a swimming pool, which costs 1,000 yen extra, but it seems to be available from 12:00 to 22:00. (Children without diapers are not allowed.) There seems to be no swimsuit rental either.) · It may be a good idea to exercise a little at work. [Overall] ・I thought it was a great hotel to work in while soaking in the hot springs. · Spacious desk even in Western style room. A large public bath (and an open-air bath) that can be entered at any time. You can exercise in the pool and eat in the facility. Furthermore, if you rent a bike, you can cycle around Lake Suwa in about two hours. ・It is a nice space and location where you can spend a week with work, hot springs and exercise without sightseeing. ・If I walked for 15-20 minutes, I could go to Kami-Suwa Station, so I sometimes went out to eat in front of the station after exercising. ・We enjoyed Lake Suwa and hot springs to the fullest for a week.
